Kent County Emergency Medical Services (KCEMS) is a State-mandated Medical Control Authority that ensures an excellent system of pre-hospital care by facilitating collaboration and communication with all health care providers.

They took the time to show all our children important emergency tips and the children enjoyed themselves.
